Derrida and Deconstruction

    Thanking Activity:

Derrida and Deconstruction.

The task given by Dilip Barba sir about the derrida and Deconstruction.

What do you understand by Deconstruction?.

Deconstruction is a way of understanding how something was created, usually things like art, books, poems and other writing. Deconstruction is breaking something down into smaller parts. ... Sometimes deconstruction looks at how an author can imply things he does not mean.
Deconstruction means writer , poet, director.... Etc.. how to Deconstruction in film and TV serial and also sence in the novel.
And retry to present the secnse and some changes.

Example ;  Scarlet letter, ode on melancholy.

Read an ad or TV serial or Film or
literary text as post-structuralist critic.
Be brief, precise and to the point.

Put very simply, we can say that, while structuralism separates the sign from physical reality in asserting that language can never grasp this reality, post-structuralism takes it a step further and disconnects the signifier from the signified within the sign itself.

Post-structuralism means to go beyond the structuralism of theories that imply a rigid inner logic to relationships that describe any aspect of social reality, whether in language (Ferdinand de Saussure or, more recently, Noam Chomsky) or in economics (orthodox Marxism, neoclassicalism , or Keynesianism).

  Example :

Sergio Leone's 1968
Spaghetti Western film
"Once Upon a Time in
the West" is a strong
example of a post-
structuralism film. The codes are
usually in the symbolism
of the film. Films do this
through uses of mise en
Scene (costumes,
lighting, location), angle etc

Thank you....
